Infants

The infant class at Dawning Years Academy consists of children ages, newborn to 14 months. At Dawning Years Academy, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where babies can grow and learn every day. We are committed to making this first transition away from home easy for you and your child; as he/she takes his first steps toward a bright future.

The experiences infants have during the early months of life are crucial to healthy brain development. Lots of personal attention between our teachers and your infant will promote basic intellectual/social skills. Singing, reading, and talking are just some of the behaviors that support development during this critical stage.

Early morning drop-off is a time for child-directed activities such as building with soft blocks or playing with puzzles. Play time is scheduled every day to help children learn and grow physically. Infants are presented with activities that boost the brain, encourage first words, build strong bodies and help make new friends. Infants in our care will nap and rest as needed.

At Dawning Years Academy, your infant will have a full day of learning, playing, and socializing to help him/her grow in every way possible.
